As CEO of the Dublin-based Ana Liffey Drug Project, Tony Duffin has led his organisation in advocating for the establishment of Ireland’s first medically supervised injecting centre. Describing himself as a “harm reductionist”, he draws on frontline experience gained in London and Melbourne.
